When submitting your own artwork: all files must be 300 DPI or be a Vector file (which is typically AI, EPS, or PDF).
All raster images such as .PSD, .JPG, .TIF, etc. must be 300 DPI
Vector files like .AI, .EPS, .PDF are PREFERRED, whenever possible.
All vector graphics submitted MUST have the fonts outlined.
Please note that simply re-saving files as a new extension does not "vectorize" the image. Orders cannot be started until we have usable artwork to prepare.

SCREENPRINTING INFO
-
Screen printing is the process of pushing ink through mesh screens using a squeegee, which transfers the wet ink onto the fabric. The printed product is then conveyed through a dryer at high temperatures to cure the ink, melding it with the garment.
-
A film and a screen are made for each color, which can affect the setup costs. Our shop is designed to print up to 8 colors.
Keep in mind - colors may look cool, but affects your overall garment cost, especially if your order quantities for that design aren't significant. Ask us how you can reduce colors in your design for a more cost-effective solution.
-
Cotton shirts are your best option for a cost-effective garment with great printability. Though t-shirts have come a long way with endless options, 100% cotton tee choices still remain the top seller for printed apparel.
GARMENT OPTIONS
-
We have accounts with multiple vendors that provide us with an abundant amount of options. To make things easier, we have dedicated an entire page showcasing apparel catalogs for you to browse through. Check them out here!
-
DTF (Direct-to-Film) is a printing method where designs are printed onto a special film, then transferred onto fabric using heat and pressure. It works on almost any material and produces vibrant, durable prints.
-
DTF can print unlimited colors — it uses full-color CMYK printing, so you can include as many colors, gradients, and details as you want without affecting the price.
-
For our repeat customers, there is no minimum order required for DTF.
For new customers, a minimum of 5 shirts is required to place a DTF order.
